Toni Collette was an Australian actress born in Sydney. Her professional career started by appearing in Muriel's Wedding, a comedy-drama made in 1994. She has spent most of her time in her home town Falls Church. Her interest in arts and acting began as a child, taking dance classes in the Washington School of Ballet. Her first success was when it came to dancing, performing in many school plays. When she entered high school she took part in every show that the school put on and that is when she began acting instead of dancing; she even earned her Equity card while performing for an annual summer performance of Aida. After graduating, she went to Carnegie Mellon University and studied acting. However, after two years at the university, she chose not to finish her studies in order for her focus on her profession as an actor. Louisa was raised in an extended family of four. Lida Jane Wright was American and Robert Henry Krause is half Japanese. Her younger brother is named Nathaniel Krause who is a director in a movie company. Krause spends most of her time in her free-time with her family and friends, taking them on vacations and barbecues. She is very close with her younger brother. So much so, that she even bought the apartment close to her house to allow they to be able to visit regularly. The career of Louisa Krause was initially her career, she was not acting in order to earn money. The goal was to attract the attention of serious film studios. This proved successful. In a Dark Dark House, Les Liaisons Dangereuses and other off-Broadway shows were the first productions she starred. Her first film appearances in 2007, with supporting roles in Babysitter, and The Speed of Life. After that, she took a break of 2 years from acting and appeared in Toe to Toe, Taking Woodstock, and Toe to Toe. The following two years were spent making short film projects. The actress has also received recognition by film for her work. The Girlfriend Experience is one of her most notable and recent shows. It was nominated for a Golden Globe for its role in the role of Anna Garner, an escort.
