Megan Gale

Gale was 18 when she won a modeling competition at the age of 18 in Perth. Gale was the model for several years before she became known as a model in 1999 after Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) asked her to model in commercials. Gale continued to work with the company until 2006. In 2003, The Australian Tourist Commission hired Gale to represent Australia in Italy. Gale's cover appearances are Australian Marie Claire, Grazia and Gioia. Italian and Australian GQ as well as Maxim. Australian InStyle. Gale can also be seen in articles of Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia and Australian Cosmopolitan. Gale has worked as a model at Italian fashion houses, including Gianfranco Ferre Genny, Gai Mattiolo and has also worked on runways for Mariella Burani as well as Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. (9) Gale is also a fan of many Australian designers such as Colette Dinnigan, Kirrily Johnston Lisa Ho, Willow and Alex Perry. Gale was the fashion editor for Australian TV's Logies awards in 2006. In January 2008, Gale announced her retirement from runway modeling after 15 years. She took to the catwalk one last time just weeks later at an David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney.
